Lindsey holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and has worked in the mental health field since 2019. She has pursued additional training in grief and loss, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and is currently completing her certification as a Somatic ExperiencingⓇ Practitioner (SEP). Lindsey is also training in somatic touch therapy, offering an alternative for those seeking support beyond traditional talk-based approaches.

She is deeply passionate about supporting individuals through the experience of grief and loss. This work holds personal meaning for her, having lost both of her parents to terminal illnesses at a younger age than most. It was through navigating her own grief and seeking support that Lindsey was drawn to the counselling profession. She understands how isolating grief can feel and is committed to ensuring others don’t have to walk that path alone.

Lindsey brings compassionate insight and knowledge around chronic and terminal illness, palliative care, hospice, and the MAID process. She believes that while painful experiences cannot be changed or erased, they can be witnessed, held with care, and honoured in a way that feels meaningful to each person.
